State senators now accepting internship applications
State Sen. Matt Schmit and the Minnesota State Senate are now accepting applications from college students and high school graduates wishing to participate in the Senate’s internship program during the upcoming 2016 legislative session. Legislative interns gain invaluable experience and contribute to a well-run legislative session, performing tasks including public policy research, data entry, constituent services, and various administrative and office duties.
