Tai Chi seeks to help arthritics
The First Lutheran Church Health and Wellness Ministry is sponsoring instruction in Tai Chi for Arthritis beginning Thursday, Oct. 1, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, 100 Peace Ridge in Lake City.
This class will instruct participants on the health benefits of Tai Chi and include a seated mediation, a warm up routine and instruction in part one of the Tai Chi for Arthritis form (routine).
In addition, a simple Tai Chi routine focused on balance will be included each week.
