Territorial Road rollover leaves one dead, one critically injured

One person was killed and another left in critical condition after a rollover on Territorial Road in Florence Township on Jan. 1.
According to the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, a Rapid SOS 911 call came in at 6:21 a.m.
After an attempt to call back yielded no answer, a Lake City Police Officer went to the area of Territorial Road where the call was plotted.
The officer found the accident scene and two vehicle occupants outside the vehicle.
