Tighe wins local Patriot’s Pen essay contest

Lake City VFW 8729 and its auxiliary have announced the winners of its Patriot’s Pen essay contest at St. John’s Lutheran School.
Kylie Tighe won first place and $125, Anthony Gonzalez won second place and $100, Leah Harteneck won third place and $75, and in fourth place was Cassidy Tomforde, who received $50.
