Time to celebrate at state's oldest bank

When your claim to fame is being the oldest chartered bank in the state, time is important.
The entity now known as Alliance Bank in Lake City has changed owners several times over the years, but each successive owner has made the 1867 charter obtained by C.W. Hackett of Lake City its own.
Every year around this time the bank holds a customer appreciation event for its customers.
Usually it’s a lunch, but this time is different.
