Torch: Value in a city park

Patton Park is an important gathering place for the Lake City community. As such, it is used for a variety of events. Lake City locals go there in times when it’s important to come together as a community, and visitors come from several surrounding towns to attend events or spend a relaxing afternoon in the green space.
