Tourism bureau holds annual meeting
The Lake City Tourism Bureau (LCTB) held its annual meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 26 via a Zoom meeting.
LCTB, Inc is a non-profit corporation created for the purpose of promoting Lake City as a tourism destination.
For years the City of Lake City has chosen LCTB as the recipient of funds generated by the local lodging tax that visitors pay when they stay in one of our lodging accommodations. State statute dictates that those funds must be spent on promoting Lake City to potential tourists.
