Underwood Terrace grand opening is Nov. 9
Three Rivers Community Action is holding a public grand opening celebration for its Underwood Terrace apartment complex in Lake City on Thursday, Nov. 9, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 515 N. 10th St. (next to the Lake City Public Safety Building).
A short program will begin at 2:15 p.m. and tours will be available.
The first residents of the 32-unit affordable housing development moved in during the first week of October.
It’s owned by Three Rivers Community Action and managed by Lloyd Management.
