Updated: Gartner and Shell say farewell
A Lake City duo with about a century of experience between them working on behalf of legal clients is retiring together after nearly 40 years working together.
Phil Gartner sold the Gartner Law Office, Ltd., legal practice to Wagner Oehler, Ltd., a Rochester-based firm that also has offices in St. Charles and Winona. Wagner Oehler will continue serving clients out of Gartner’s former office at 120 W. Center St.
The sale brings Gartner’s legal career to an end after more than 60 years, with nearly 60 of those years in Lake City.
