Vaccine clinics for children in Wabasha

Following the Food and Drug Administrations authorization for the use of the Pfizer vaccine in children as young as five years old, Gundersen St. Elizabeth’s in Wabasha will offer COVID-19 vaccinations to children ages 5-11 at upcoming afternoon clinics, according to Tina Moen of the Wabasha County Statewide Health Improvement Program.

Vacccination clinics will be held the following Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Nov. 18, Dec. 2, Dec. 9, Dec. 16, and Dec. 30.

People can call 651-565-5600 for an appointment.
