Valley View donates ramp to ambulance service

Valley View Assembly of God Church has donated a ramp to the Lake City Ambulance Service to help protect patients and emergency medical service staff as patients are moved up and down stairs on calls.
The six-foot-long ramp can hold up to 600 pounds. It folds into a compact unit weighing 35 pounds.
Sheila Olander, Valley View Assembly of God Missions Director, said the church became aware of the need and decided to help.
