VFW announces Voice of Democracy scholarship

Auxiliary President Karen England of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary to Bernard Flesche Post 8729 announces the kick-off of the VFW’s annual Voice of Democracy Scholarship competition.
Local high school students in grades nine through 12 have the opportunity to compete for thousands of dollars in scholarships and a trip to Washington D.C.
