Volunteers needed for Flags of Valor
The American Legion and Legion Auxiliary sponsored Flags of Valor will be flying along north Hwy. 61 from Ohuta Park to Kelly’s Lake House Bar and Grill from Wednesday, June 21 to Monday, June 26.
Everyone, no matter age or ability, is invited to assist in this project. Flags will be assembled and placed along the route on Wednesday, June 21, starting at 9 a.m. Conversely, they will be removed and disassembled on Monday June 26 staring at 9 a.m. Installation usually takes between two and three hours.
