Wabasha County Fair to mark 150th anniversary
The Wabasha County Fair will be celebrating its 150th Anniversary next month and a number of special events will be taking place.
This year’s fair will be held July 18 to 21 at the fair grounds in Wabasha, located just south of the Highway 60-61 intersection off Highway 60.
In addition to the regular slate of activities, special events and displays include:
• 1870, 1903 and 1928 premium books;
• a 1935 county map with the 4H clubs at that time;
• 4H pictures from 1937 and on, most have names;
