Wabasha County public health nurse receives South Country Health Alliance Diamond Award
South Country Health Alliance (SCHA) honored Andrea Bartz, PHN, and all of the SCHA Community Care Connectors with the Diamond Award at the health plan’s annual dinner and presentation held at the Association of Minnesota Counties Conference in Minneapolis on Dec. 3.
The Diamond Award is given for exemplary leadership, passion and commitment to upholding SCHA’s values of collaboration, stewardship, communication and excellence, according to a Wabasha County news release.
