Horse Unit: Goldsmith Belgians. Royalty: First place, Defeat of Jesse James Days; second place, Goodhue County Volksfest Royalty; third place, Red Wing Royal Ambassadors. Chamber of Commerce members: first place, Fiesta Jalisco; second place, J and B Pallet; third place, Fiesta Foods; fourth place, Eagle Hang Gliding.
