Water Ski Days ready to begin
Festivities kick off at 1 p.m. Friday when the bigger than ever before carnival opens for the 45th annual Water Ski Days.
But for dozens of volunteers the work began weeks, even months, ago.
Advance discount tickets for rides on the carnival will be available through noon Friday at the Chamber of Commerce, Kennedy Snyder Drug and Fiesta Foods. Sheets of 10 tickets for $20 - one ticket needed for each ride - are good throughout the weekend, including Friday afternoon, the traditional Family Day at the carnival.
