Water Ski Days starts today

Water Ski Days, the annual celebration of Lake City native Ralph Samuelson’s invention of a brand new water sport, runs today (Thursday) through Sunday.
Thousands of people are expected to visit Lake City for live music, a craft fair, a car show, a parade, and numerous other events and activities.
Committee members organizing the event met Monday to go over preparations, according to Lake City Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Heather Thomas.
