Wendland to talk Frontenac history at library on Sept. 7
The Lake City Public Library will host a public book talk led by local author and resident Lorry Wendland on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 6 p.m.
Wendland will discuss Old Frontenac village as a Historic District. Attendees will learn about the formation of this community in the 19th century. She will also share insights and stories uncovered during her research process.
Wendland’s books are available at the Lake City Public Library for checkout to anyone with a library card. This event is free and open to the public.
