You never know what to expect when you take a stroll through Lake City. As I turned the corner onto Lakeshore Drive last Tuesday I came across this group of high school seniors carrying bouquets of yellow tulips. In my role as unofficial and unrecognized reporter for the Graphic I decided to investigate.
