Woman's fight against global hunger inspires community

Cate Sprout’s interest in soy protein and a charitable donation made in 2015 has taken her all the way around the world and back to Plainview, where she and 500 other volunteers will pack 100,000 meals at the Plainview Church of Christ on Aug. 25 and 26 as part of Feed My Starving Children’s Mobile Pack program.
