Women's wellness program is April 16

The Lake City Health and Wellness Ministry team is inviting all women in the community to a wellness presentation on Saturday, April 16, at 10 a.m. at First Lutheran Church entitled; “Be still and know that I am God” from Psalm 46:10.
The presenter, Julie Woodruff, will speak to the distractions, ruminations, multitasking and stress that cause people to live in the past or the future, seldom in the present.
