After flooding, Wabasha County declares state of emergency

Wabasha County Commissioners on July 9 approved a resolution declaring a local state of emergency for damages from recent heavy rain and flooding.

County cities and townships sustained damage to public infrastructure, roads and bridges, stemming from flooding on the Zumbro River and the Mississippi River due to heavy rains that began on or about June 16.
