Another Wabasha County trash hauler loses license
Following discussion and input from Jason Rommel at their March 22 meeting, the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted 3-1 to leave Rommel Rubbish Removal off the approved list of solid waste haulers in the county and not issue him a license to haul.
Commissioner Cheryl Key was absent. County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly were present.
The motion for approval of the five haulers licenses was made by Don Springer and seconded by Brian Goihl. They, along with Board Chair Rich Hall, voted yes, Mike Wobbe voted no.
