Ballymore Safety Products acquires Lake City-based Valley Craft

Valley Craft Industries in Lake City has a new owner.
Ballymore Safety Products announced April 1 that it had completed the acquisition of the company.
Based in Coatesville, Pa., Ballymore bills itself as “a leading designer and manufacturer of vertical access equipment (e.g., aerial work platforms, rolling ladders, etc.), material handling, and custom safety products,” according to a news release.
