Bayley to challenge Kelly

Lisa Bayley, a member of the Red Wing City Council and attorney, has officially entered the race for the Minnesota House of Representatives seat in District 21A. A two-term council member, Democrat Bayley will challenge State Rep. Tim Kelly. Bayley said she is running for state representative to bring a stronger voice for greater Minnesota to the state capitol.
She is a former Wabasha County assistant county attorney.
