Blacktopping set to begin on N. 7th Street

After being delayed by hot weather last week, blacktopping was tentatively scheduled to begin along a section of N. 7th St. this week, according to a July 28 weekly project update email from Bolton and Menk, the City of Lake City’s engineering firm.
