"Bling and Chocolate' helps history center

The 10th annual Bling and Chocolate jewelry fundraiser will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, at the Goodhue County History Center in Red Wing. In celebration of the anniversary, the theme is “Bubbles, Bangles and Beads,” and participants will toast with champagne as they sample chocolate and other treats.
