Board approves part-time highway workers, audio upgrades for courtrooms in short meeting

The Feb. 18 meeting of the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners was very brief, with no action items. All Commissioners were present, along with County Administrator Brian Buhmann.
The consent agenda included advertising and hiring of three 2020 part-time seasonal employment positions which had been included in the Highway Department annual budget for a total amount of $20,500. Wages per hour would be $14-$16 per hour depending on qualifications.
