Bridge work on West Albany bridge causes Hwy. 60 detour

Motorists on Highway 60 near West Albany in Wabasha County will be detoured beginning Sept. 6, while Minnesota Department of Transportation crews repave the bridge at Spring Creek.

The repaving work will require a detour for traffic that will take westbound Hwy. 60 traffic north on Wabasha County Road 4 to Wabasha County Road 33 west to Wabasha County Road 2 south, where it connects with Hwy. 60. The eastbound route is the reverse.

The work is scheduled to be completed by Sept. 30.
