Bushel and Peck open again, with a new apple

The Bushel and Peck apple house has opened again, and this time with a new apple.
The apple shop just north of Lake City on Highway 61 has operated as a Ferguson Orchards outlet the past few years.
But this year it is back to what it originally was: Bushel and Peck.
The store, operated by John Marshall, will feature local apples, grapes grown in Marshall’s vineyard next door and all kinds of other Minnesota-grown and Minnesota-made products.
