Caregiving to be luncheon topic

The Elder Network of Wabasha County is offering a Lunch and Learn event on Monday, Oct. 17 on caregiving.
Holly Brown, Elder Network companion coordinator and trained caregiver coach will lead a discussion that includes topics such as: What is all the hype about caregiving?  What is respite?  Why would I ever need a caregiver coach?  Should I join a support group? Everything I need to know about caregiving is online, what if I don’t have a computer?  People can come and learn about all the ways they can be a better caregiver, spouse or friend to someone needing their help.
