Cemstone site plan adopted

The Lake City City Council unanimously accepted a site plan for the 102 acre city-owned Cemstone site and a nearby site known as Outlot D.
The Lake City Planning Commission and Lake City Economic Development Authority (EDA) have spent over a year developing the plan, with help from hired consultants from Stantec and the public through open houses.
