City selling farmland

Lake City is selling 77 acres of farmland in Lake Township.
On July 8 the City Council unanimously approved selling the land by sealed bid with a minumum bid amount of $450,000.
The money will go into the city’s capital fund where it could be used to help pay for amenities and any cost overruns associated with the 2020 Highway 61 reconstruction project.
