CodeRED alert issued after report of threats with gun

A report of threats made with a gun led Lake City Police to set up a perimeter and issue a CodeRED notification to people in the area Saturday night, but no weapon was recovered.
According to Lake City Police Sgt. Bill Weist, the incident occured in the 1700 block of North Oak Street.
