Commissioners approve agreement for Kellogg-Wabasha Trail project

Wabasha County Commissioners on Sept. 2 approved a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Federal Highway Administration and the Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office in regard to the proposed Kellogg-Wabasha Trail Connection project.
The County is the lead agency. Federal funding is planned for use on the project, and a federal permit must be obtained for construction. The agreement allows for the use of federal highway funds.
