Commissioners approve preliminary plat request for Millville-area parcels

Wabasha County Commissioners on Sept. 5 approved a preliminary plat request submitted by Dan and Doreen Johnson of rural Millville.

The couple submitted an application on June 20 for a preliminary plat to create four new parcels on existing parcels in Oakwood Township.

The respective parcels are zoned A-1 (Agricultural Protection District). The proposed preliminary plat of Johnson Acres will have four new parcels, including Lot 1 (60.32 acres), Lot 2 (89.73 acres), and Lot 3 (103.90 acres). Lot 4 contains an existing dwelling.
