Correction and updated: General election held

Voters headed to the polls in the general election on Nov. 8.

It was a mid-term election—the presidency won’t be decided until 2024—but Minnesotans were electing statewide officers, including governor and lieutenant governor, attorney general, and secretary of state.

Down-ballot were races for state house District 20A and state senate District 20. Steve Drazkowski was elected state senator for District 20. He'll replace retiring Sen. Mike Goggin. Pam Altendorf won the race for state house District 20A, currently held by Rep. Barb Haley.
