Council approves two commission appointments

The Lake City City Council appointed two citizens to city commissions at its Nov. 8 meeting.
Gaylen (Ben) Threinen was confirmed to the Heritage Preservation Commission to complete a term ending March 1 of next year. Marco Molinari was confirmed to the planning commission to complete a term ending March 1, 2023.
They will formally join their respective commissions once they fill out the necessary paperwork, according to City Clerk Kari Schreck.
