Council candidates to share views in person and in print

Voters in the Aug. 14 Lake City City Council primary election can learn more about the candidates at an Aug. 2 candidate forum and in the Aug. 2 issue of this newspaper.
The field of eight candidates for three city council seats will be narrowed to six on Aug. 14. The general election is Nov. 6.
Destination Lake City is hosting a candidate forum from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 2 in the council chambers at City Hall.
