Council moves to replace unreliable fire engine

Lake City Fire Department’s aging engine No. 10 will be replaced a year ahead of schedule, the City Council decided on Monday, May 10.

The 36-year-old pump truck has become unreliable, Fire Chief Dan Patterson told the council.
