County approves Greenfield Township plat

Wabasha County Supervisors on June 13 approved a preliminary plat request by Troy Baker to create three lots on a parcel at 14419 63rd St. in Greenfield Township.
The 9.95-acre parcel is zoned R-1 (Rural Residential District). The plat will have four new parcels that include Tract A (3.05 acres), Tract B (2.91 acres), Tract C (2 acres) and Tract D (2 acres). Tract C and Tract D will include existing dwellings.
