County approves Mazeppa-area solar system at brief meeting
The Nov. 3 regular meeting of the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners met in a brief session between two closed sessions – one before the regular meeting, and another one that followed it. State regulations allow governmental meetings to be held on election day, but they cannot go beyond noon.
There were three Commissioners present – Board Chair Mike Wobbe, Don Springer, and Cheryl Key. Rich Hall attended on Zoom, and Brian Goihl participated in the meeting by telephone.
