County approves preliminary plat for Bluff View Acres
Wabasha County Commissioners on Dec. 12 approved a preliminary plat of ‘Bluff View Acres,’ submitted by real estate agent Dave Breitenfield of Rochester.
Breitenfield submitted a preliminary plat application on Sept. 28 to re-plat Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1 in the Prairie Hills Acres 2nd Subdivision and Lots 4 and 5 of Block 2 in the Prairie Hills Acres Addition, located in Section 23, Township 111 North, Range 12, West of Lake Township.
The respective parcels are zoned R-1 (Rural Residential District).
