County board waits for more information on possible rail petroleum facility zoning change
The Wabasha County Board did not take action at its regular meeting Oct. 4 on the request for a revision to the Zoning Ordinance that would allow for a liquid petroleum gas (LPG) transfer facility in the Kellogg area. The board agreed to consider the request after further investigation, with a decision to be made at a future meeting.
Commissioner Don Springer was absent, while awaiting the results of a recent routine COVID-19 test. Other Commissioners were present, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly.
