County stays neutral on Plainview annexation proposal

Wabasha County Commissioners discussed the proposed annexation of a 38-acre parcel of land in Plainview Township during their meeting on Jan. 21.
BA Holdings, a real estate holding company, purchased 38.06 acres along County Road 4, south of Plainview’s sewer plant, and hopes to annex the property into the city.
