A few boosters of a local program designed to help children cope with family changes like death, divorce and the loss of a home that was canceled this year due to lack of funding hope to bring the program back sooner rather than later.
In an interview Monday, Nov. 16, Dave Dueholm of Lake City said he would contribute a total of $4,000 over four years to the Kit Kat program, which has an annual budget of around $4,000 to pay for facilitators and supplies.
Constance Anderson plans to contribute as well, but declined to say how much.
