Early ice out doesn’t necessarily mean early marina operations

Looking out from McCahill Park Tuesday morning, it was hard to spot any ice either in the Lake City Marina’s outer harbor or Lake Pepin itself.
Two days earlier, Steve Brown used a drone in heavy winds to photograph a trail of ice chunks around Marina Point.
