Emergency responder vehicles will be first across new Red Wing bridge this month

Red Wing emergency responder vehicles will travel across the new Red Wing bridge to celebrate the start of traffic on the structure when it opens in mid-November, according to MnDOT and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
