Expect single-lane traffic on some county roads due to utility work

Xcel Energy is planning an electric transmission line maintenance project beginning approximately Oct. 16 that will require the restricting of traffic to one lane during work at transmission line crossings on Wabasha County Hwy. 4 (near intersection with County Hwy. 10 south of Lake City), Wabasha County Hwy 10 (west of Wabasha), and Wabasha County Hwy. 59/Grant Blvd. in Wabasha. Traffic restrictions are expected to last for 1-3 days.
